Collagen Ramen @ Kyo-nichi (Xin)
This restaurant (3 mins walk from our office) specialises in collagen ramen. The soup is supposed to be enriched with collagen extracted from pork bones, making it extra rich and creamy. I had thick spicy pork ramen. Texture was good but it did not taste as fantastic as the previous times I ate there.

Hi everyone! Wow I have not seen this blog for many years! :) Great to hear it's back again! Will remember to take a photo of the next ramen I eat..there is a new Sapporo ramen place just opposite OBCB building at Raffles Place...the ramen is quite good!
